Located in rural Larimer County, Colorado, Redstone Canyon has historically been a cattle ranching area for several decades and remains so today. Redstone Canyon Association (RCA) was established in 1979 several years after the Swanson Cattle Ranch was sold and the land divided. Oversight of seasonal range cattle and maintenance of access roads on the Ranch are now handled by the RCA, which also serves as a resource for its members.
